The Ministry of Minerals signed Monday 6th. August 2018 two concession agreements for exploration and exploitation of Gold and related Minerals at the Red Sea state.
The Minister of Minerals, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Ahmed Ali Ibrahim signed an agreement on behalf of the Sudanese government, whereas Mr. Osman Hussein Hijazi, the chairman of the board of Directors of Wad Al-Jammali multi activities limited signed on behalf the investors. These blocks are located in Halayeb area in the Red Sea State.
Mrs. Ruwayda Jaffer, the Representative of the Board of Directors of company stressed, in a press statement after the signing, that they would abide by all terms of the agreement and would work to implement exploration and production in accordance with the agreed upon program, stressing their preservation to the environment as well as contribution to the development of the local community in cooperation with humanitarian aid organizations for the interest of the citizens there.
Meanwhile, Ministry of Minerals signed another concession agreement with Panta Technology Limited company for exploration and exploitation of Gold and related Minerals at the Red State where Mr. Waeil Ahmed Mohamed, the General Director of the company signed on his company side.
